I received a message from Helen Locatelli that she saw a Facebook message that Judy McCandless Salter passed away this past December 6, 2023.  She wa known as Beach Artist on Facebook and lived in Arizona with her husband Robert. He posted the message about her passing on her first heavenly birthday which was April 8th.
